Highcliffe Food and Arts Festival
1st - 2nd June
Highcliffe Food Festival is expanding this year to become the Highcliffe Food and Arts Festival with food and drink stalls, cookery demonstrations, musical entertainment and lots more...
Following the huge success of Highcliffe Food Festival which has grown since its inception five years ago, the Festival is further expanding and has adapted its name to include the word 'arts'.
The Festival will take place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd June this year and as well as our traditional street traders and entertainment, plans are also well advanced to introduce lots of new initiatives, including a stylish craft marquee, the Sheep Show and many more activities for children.
The cookery demonstrations, which are always a very popular part of the event will this year feature leading TV chef and celebrity food writer Rosemary Shrager, together with many of our local celebrity chefs.
The additional entertainment in the arts and crafts events will be organised by two local companies , 'The Little Craft Shack' and 'VRA Entertainment', showcasing the fantastic variety of local skills and talent we have within the area.
The event is the largest to be held in Highcliffe and will be just one of the many activities planned for the village over the coming year.
The event is free and is open from 10am - 5pm on Saturday and 10am-4pm on Sunday
