Nothe Fort is a Victorian artillery fort, built in the 1870's. Its interior is a maze of dark tunnels worth exploring by all the family. Constructed on three levels, which are easily accessed by means of a lift, the Fort is filled with displays, mammoth guns and cinema areas that chart the history of this large and magnificent Victorian structure.

Nothe Fort is now one of Weymouth’s major attractions and a venue for a wide range of events. You don’t have to be a military enthusiast to enjoy Nothe Fort, it’s a great day out for all the family with lots to see and explore, so why not come and spend a day with us - you won’t regret it, but beware the fort is haunted.

A curious point to note: It is home to a unique collection of military moustaches!

Barrack Road, Weymouth, Dorset. DT4 8UF
